MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

Each garment is made-to-order to ensure the highest attention to detail and to minimize waste. Due to this personalized approach, please allow a lead time of 2-3 weeks for your item to be created and shipped.

RETURN POLICY

Since every piece is custom made for you, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order is placed. If you have an issue due to sizing or defect, we will happily exchange your piece by emailing us at jamie@shopprincie.com. Please review your selections carefully before confirming your order.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the rare instance that you receive an item with a defect or damage, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at jamie@shopprincie.cpom with a description and photos of the defect or damage, and we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund.

SHIPPING

We ship all orders via UPS, and you will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please note that PRINCIE is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their order. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, and content on PRINCIE’s website are the intellectual property of PRINCIE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written consent.
